We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Team Member to lead inclusive sports and physical activity sessions in Erith.

You’ll be a positive role model, guiding a small team and using your skills to create exciting, accessible activities for children and young people with a range of needs.

You’ll plan and deliver fun, tailored sessions to help build confidence, independence, and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Working with children and young people from 5 - 11 years, providing opportunities for fun, exploration, interaction and socialisation. Offers of work will be on Saturdays and during each school holiday.

We employ staff with a range of skills and experience, who have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with disabilities. Potential recruits should have a desire to make a positive difference and provide a high standard of care.

We are looking for staff members who work well as part of a team and can use own initiative when supporting and encouraging children and young people to join in with activities, adapting them to meet individual needs.

The role includes supporting behaviour, medical, emotional, and personal care needs under the guidance of the Senior Short Breaks Team Member and Play & Youth Leader.
