Working Partnerships with External Professionals

Tiny Treasures will be working alongside external specialist services to support children in their development. Staff work closely with multi-agency professionals to ensure consistency in the support they receive, working from personalised therapy plans to provide tailored interventions.

These may include:

Health visitors
Portage
Medical professionals and nursing teams
Community Paediatrics
Dieticians
Speech and Language therapists
Educational Psychologists (EP)
Occupational therapists (OT)
Physiotherapists
Bexley Early Autism Service (BEAS)
Social workers
Child Development Children’s Services (CDCS)

Staff will work with these professionals to ensure we are following their advice and recommendations on how to offer support for each child. Any programme provided for your child will be implemented through our support plan.

As part of our commitment, we will support parents and carers in accessing the services their child may need. This might include helping to complete referrals, offering guidance through application processes, and signposting families to local services and community resources. Our team is here to make the journey easier, ensuring that families feel supported every step of the way to ensure each child receives the very best care and opportunities.
