Every family brings something special. At Tiny Treasures, we believe that working in partnership with parents and carers is crucial in identifying and supporting the needs of every child. We are passionate about what we do, and we hope to give parents and carers confidence through our commitment to ongoing growth and development.

Your child’s keyworker guides and supports their learning and development, observes their progress, and celebrates achievements big and small. They also act as a point of contact for parents and carers, sharing updates, listening to concerns, and working together to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and confident as they grow. They will also help their children to develop relationships with other members of staff and children.

Our open-door policy means parents and carers are welcome to talk to us at any time — we believe ongoing communication is the key to giving children the best possible start.

Tiny Treasures uses the FAMLY app to keep parents updated on nursery life. We will record key events such as nappy changes/toilet visits, sleep times and much more to keep you informed about your child’s time in our care. Staff will also securely send you photos and notes from observations as a learning journey log of your child’s time with us. The FAMLY app will be used to send out key dates and reminders and send other messages as required. You will be invited to sign up to this on registering your child at Tiny Treasures.
