Finding out that your child has additional needs can be very emotional and knowing where to turn and who to talk to can be very wearisome as well. Finding somewhere that your child can be accepted and feel safe can be tough as well.

We have a variety of clubs to address the many different needs of disabled children and young people.

Our focus is on what children and young people can do and ensure activities are adapted to enable all children to have equal opportunity of joining in. Their interests, enjoyment and safety are at the heart of everything we plan and it is very important for us to take the time to involve our children and young people, give them choices and listen to what they want to do.

Our sessions also provide parents and carers an important short break from their caring responsibilities to spend time with other family members or take time out for themselves.

The Snap Team are trained, experienced and passionate advocates for children with additional needs. We listen, communicate and adapt to ensure all children can choose safe, exciting play, positive behaviours and work towards their individual targets.
